My First Fruit Arrangement!

This blog I decided to upload something I did in class. This was my first attempt into making something that deals with my pastry major at Le Cordon Bleu. My classes are broken up into mods, so every six week I get new classes along with new chefs to work with. Tomorrow I will be entering into my part of my major, so no more Culinary classes for me. I will be in a bread making class and a math class.

Here below is my Fruit Arrangement, My first attempt to making something pretty, it was a lot of fun, but somewhat frustrating, because as you all know fruit tends to be slippery, so when you are trying to stack it on top of each other it could be a little tricky!!



The arrangement consisted of Kiwi, a strawberry, blueberries, raspberries, honeydew, and pineapple. I have to say it was completely amazing! The white with the red design is fruit sauce with raspberry dressing. It was better than chocolate!


I would love to make it again! It was a lot of fun, so I am thinking maybe for my moms birthday in November or our annual Christmas party... but it will definitely be in the near future!!!!
